1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at Info@maisonovelle.com

Please include your order number in your request to help us process your cancellation quickly.

Important Notes:

  • Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed, as orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.


2. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included

Our support team is available to guide you through the return process from start to finish.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will cover return shipping costs if the item:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Is defective

  • Was incorrect or not what you ordered

There will be no additional cost to you in these situations.


Customer Remorse / Change of Mind

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:

  • The wrong item was ordered

  • The item does not fit

  • The product is no longer wanted

  • A change of mind occurs after delivery

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. How to Start a Return

  • The reason for your return


Step 2 — Prepare Your Package

Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including:

  • Accessories

  • Tags

  • Manuals or documents

  • Any included items


Step 3 — Ship the Return

Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the recommended shipping carrier or method provided by our support team.


6. Refund Process

Inspection

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return eligibility requirements.


Refund Timing

After your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider


7. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible products.

If you would like to exchange an item for:

  • A different size

  • Another color

  • A replacement product

8. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number at Info@maisonovelle.com.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional charge, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method


9. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other specific reasons.

Any non-returnable items will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
